Postpartum Swelling?

Anyone else get crazy pp swelling in their legs? I got this with my first too and it’s SO uncomfortable. I literally can barely bend my legs at the knee because I’m swollen all the way up to my thighs!! Never had swelling throughout the pregnancy either 😭

I had no swelling my entire pregnancy, but could barely walk the swelling was so bad after delivery. It lasted a little more than a week pp.

Yes - it was horrible. Took about a week to go away. Hang in there!

I had the same thing right after birth and did it get down until 4 day after birth my midwife wasn’t concern she suggested to elevate my feet

Mine took 5 days to rid itself! I found that having a lymphatic massage, specifically on my legs and feet, is what did the final trick because since then I’m good! She said she drained me lol it worked and I love seeing my feet, calves, and legs normal!!!

First pregnancy I didn't, but this one yes! It was painful and zero shoes fit lol
