When i touch right here it hurts. Feels like i have a bruise but i think i can feel the babies heartbeat. Has this ever happened to anyone? Is my skin getting thin? 20 weeks/5days

That wouldnt be the babies heart beat. Cpuld be the blood flow through the placenta depends on the location of your placents though.

Your muscles are probably just sore from accommodating a growing baby. I doubt that’s baby’s heartbeat. They’re small and very cushioned in an amniotic sac. They’re not just right against your skin. You’re probably feeling your own pulse. I can always feel and sometimes even see my pulse really strongly in my stomach while pregnant.
