Breast tenderness suddenly gone?

Hey friends, I am 5 weeks today and my great tenderness suddenly disappeared. Should I be worried? 😓 I have no other symptoms other than peeing a lot and fatigue. I didn’t have any morning sickness or typical symptoms with my first pregnancy either.. nevertheless it worries me that the tenderness disappeared. Please let me know if anyone has experienced this too! I am praying it’s normal and all is well
Update: my boob soreness came back in full effect this morning, so it must just be on and off for me! Thank you all so much to everyone who replied. ❤️

Yes - my symptoms came and went a lot throughout my pregnancy and I was constantly terrified and convincing myself that I was going to miscarry. I only started feeling better once the baby got big enough that I could feel and see him moving multiple times a day. 
If you are really worried that something is wrong, though, you should always feel free to call your doctor. I wouldn’t recommend the ER unless you are like really having a medical emergency because they really aren’t equipped to help with minor early pregnancy issues and usually just call everything a threatened miscarriage.

Yes symptoms come and go at 6 weeks my boob soreness went away and I got sore nipples only when touched instead, 6 and a half weeks is when my morning sickness and nausea started.
