before august of last year, i never had any vaginal problems. no infections, crazy odors, weird discharge, itching..nothing. since then, i haven’t been able to keep them away. doctors just say that some women are prone to them, give me fluconazole, and send me about my day. i cross all my t’s and dot my i’s and they keep coming back. i get about two weeks at most of relief between each infection.

any tips on how to alleviate the symptoms? itching, discharge, and dryness are my main issues. there seems to be no way around it so i just need help on getting through it 😩 i’m so miserable
