I have been having this pain they call lightning crotch, and i dont know what to do, this is my second pregnancy and I never made it this far, so I dont know if its normal to have it and also when I sit down my crotch feels sore. I have been having very bad "cramps" and back pain too. I have gone in to the hospital due to some vaginal bleeding and cramps and they said it was normal and just ligament pains for the bleeding they have no idea what it was from.
