Over the counter fertility treatments/meds?

I was wondering if there’s any fertility treatments or meds, like Clomid or anything that will help me get pregnant easier that you can get over the counter. I can’t get an appointment until December and I can’t get a doctors note for insurance approval until then. So does anyone know of anything or any meds or “tricks” that will work? Tyia!

I’m not pregnant yet, but I’ve been taking Myo-inositol with D-chirp-inositol since August and Pink Stork Fertility tea for the past two weeks. I’ve seen HUGE improvements with my crazy cycle so I really have high hopes that its balancing my hormones.
