TONSIL STONES HELP

so, for like 2 years ive had terrible breath. i thought it was tonsil stones, but every time i checked i couldnt see any. a month ago i went to the doctor and he said i didnt have any. well, today i was determined to find them. i knew i had them. i always brush my teeth so it didnt make sense why my breath smelled that bad. so, i pulled my tonsil back a little and a TONSIL STONE FELL OUT.

i could only get one out bc theyre really stuck in there but what do i do??

my mom is gonna make a dentist appointment to get them removed but what di i do after that?? how o i stop getting them??
