Positive than a negative?

The positive was taken earlier this afternoon and the negative was taken a few minutes ago! How is this possible?

Your urine probably didnt build up long enough for the hormone to be detected in the second one. They say hold it for 4 hours or more to get a good concentration of hormone in your urine.
