Hormone Level 62,400 😳

Had bloodwork done today to confirm my hormone levels and my results were 62, 400. I have no clue what this means but my nurse thinks that I'm about 6-8 weeks along. However I took a blood test on 9/16 and wasn't pregnant at all so I can't be that far along.

Anyone else had this happen?
