Is there a difference between Hashimoto's & Lupus?

I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto's and feel like I may have lupus as well but I can't tell the difference between them. How can I tell? What are the test for lupus that I should ask for?

Both are autoimmune diseases - one affects your thyroid, the other affects different areas of tissue throughout the body. Why do you think you have it?

Im jot sure but I do remember watching a netflix show about living i think paleo or plant based and how that helped her go from hospital visits to being healthy and whole? May be worth looking into it and a plant based diet.

Lupus is an autoimmune disease and Hashimoto is an issue with your thyroid. Your blood work showed a thyroid issue with other factors. That’s my guess.
I have an autoimmune disease, Celiacs, and it was confirmed via blood work. 
Why do you think lupus out of curiosity?
