How many hours/week do you usually work?

So my husband works 50-60 hrs/week and I'm about to start working again after a month of unemployment. I'll work 53 hrs/week in healthcare (previously I had worked 40-60 hrs/week). I am curious to see how that compares to other people's work shedule. Also if you don't mind sharing, I would be interrsted to see what field you work in😊

I’m a teacher so I am at work between 35-40 hrs a week but I do about 7-10 hours of work at home a week.

My husband works about 60 hours but is gone from 7:30 am - 8:30 to 11:30 pm. I work 8-4 (M-F). One of us needs a flexible job to manage our 3 kids.

Well it really just depends on your financial situation. Some people are single parents and need more income. Others are married and only need a regular 40 hour work week. Some are married to a hardworking man who will provide and don’t have to work at all, lol. Debt comes into play as well. And cost of living. Etc. I personally work 36-48 hours a week. I am a nurse.

I work in a law firm, paralegal. Full time is 37.5 but I usually work a little over 40. They don’t want us to work OT unless necessary to keep the overhead down
