Scared!!

Doctor told me I had a vaginal infection and I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant and been taking the antibiotics for 2 days but the pain in my pubic area under my belly is killing me Tylenol doesn’t work I can’t move or walk even staying still hurts and I had to call my on call doctor is it normal for it to hurt this bad or should I go in the er, I also feel bad for calling this late but it’s okay to call right??
