Fluid in baby boys kidneys?

Had my 21 week ultrasound and said my little boy has a little fluid in his kidneys. They said it was most common in boys and that it’s nothing to worry about but of course I’m over here worried and researching lol. Has anyone else ever heard of this or what?!

Same thing I heard from my anatomy scan, but I have a girl we have a follow up next week to check again

They told me the same about mine. Dr said there was a chance baby had down syndrome and ran some test. The results came back normal, now I have another ultrasound December 30th and she said if by then theres still fluids in his kidneys the baby will probably need surgery after he is born. I'm praying by my next ultrasound everything looks better. Good luck mama💕
