Crazy appetite at 32 weeks pregnant?

I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant and have a crazy appetite and cannot stop eating!! Can anyone tell me ways to calm it down as it’s getting out of hand and I’ve put on extra weight that isn’t needed!

Nope...just ride the wave. Try to low impact workout to counter act the weight gain but at this time baby can put on .5-1 a week until birth so you should expect the same amount of weight gain.

Hahaha me too! I eat throughout the day and then like an hour after dinner I tell my husband, "I think I'm hungry!" 😂 I just try to make sure to have small snacks and not "overeat" when I am feeling that way!

Every time I eat and I’m full I’m like ok I’m done for the day! Then an hour later I’m like oh I’m hungry haha and this juat plays over and over help meeeee!

Just try to make the foods you eat as high quality as possible. Instead of cheese puffs make scrambled eggs. Instead of a chocolate bar have a pear. Have a hearty breakfast burrito with black beans and sliced avocado and tomatoes instead of a bagel. If you’re nourishing your body, you’re less likely to be hungry and crave - but even if you eat healthy foods all day long, they’re less likely to add a ton of weight because your body knows exactly how to process them. Our bodies get confused when we feed them a lot of processed junk because we’re not really evolved around junk, we’re evolved around real, whole food. 
I say all this having for sure eaten two spoonfuls of Nutella and a chunk of a chocolate bar earlier today (after my black bean/egg/tomato breakfast) so, you know, you do you 😂😂 but if you can manage it, you’ll probably feel better than if you down a milkshake and fries.
