Am I leaking? UPDATE

UPDATE: So most said it was discharge, Well I went in Doctor tested it’s not discharge fully I have a slow leak of amniotic fluid. They still sent me home because my water hasn’t fully broken so maybe if I’m constantly on the move it will eventually break. Wish me luck

This has been happening since yesterday...I could be sitting and feel a small trickle of leakage or standing etc. or is it just discharge? Sorry TMI but is this happening to anyone else? I’m also getting contractions more just not super consistent.
