Now what?

I was put on progesterone to start a period, I started my period 9 days after the last dose of progesterone. My period started September 30th and I then took 5 days of clomid starting on day 3 of my period. I’ve tracked ovulation by bbt and opk the past few days And my temperature has gone down and my tests have become more boldly negative. Now what? I don’t know what the next step is. Waiting it taking a toll on me. How will I know if it’s working? I want so badly to be pregnant, and to have a child but I’m losing hope 🥺
