Speech delay

So Madison has a speech delay to the point where a stranger can only understand about 5% of what she says. She has been in speech therapy for 4 months and a general therapist (speech, social) for about 7 months. I have seen a tiny change but not much to be relieved it's working. We have had her hearing checked and made an appointment for an ENT. I asked her therapist what she thought her diagnosis was and she couldn't give me a straight answer. I'm just reaching out for any other suggestions. I have contacted another therapist for a more intense eval. The therapist she has now said that the evaluation they do is not in depth. I'm just at a loss.
