My 15 week old started showing stranger danger last week. It’s gotten slightly worse. We have a sitter that comes about once a week or once every other week. He’s giving her such a hard time today. He looks at her and starts the biggest, saddest pout ever, and tears start before he cries. He’s done it with a few other people.

Do I need to stay away and let them work through this? I work from home so I keep going in and calming him and making him happy and try to get him to interact with her and when he’s smiling with her I quietly leave the room. I have no idea if I’m making it worse or better. Any suggestions?
