Around 4 weeks pregnant with rainbow baby confirmed with a clear blue digi yesterday. 
But now have this is this implantation bleed?

Implantation bleeding happens before the pregnancy attaches, and before you can receive a positive pregnancy test. This is not implantation bleeding. Some spotting in early pregnancy is not at all uncommon, your uterus and ligaments and cervix are all undergoing changes to accommodate your growing baby. As long as the spotting does not become bright red, heavier, or accompanied by cramps you should be totally fine
