After 36 hours of labor, Mr. Griffin Delano finally decided to join the outside world! I initially was induced on 10/7 and had the foley placed around 11:30PM. After 24 hours of labor, I finally gave in and got an epidural since I was not progressing past 4-5 centimeters. This morning at 7AM, my original due date, the doctor notified me that I was still at 4-5 centimeters dilated. At this point, I had a fever and was throwing up. The decision was made to get a c-section and our surprise gender baby (boy) was born at 8:06 this morning weighing 7lbs 6 oz.
