Difficult to conceive

My fiance and I have been trying to conceive for two years now. Last year I tried taking Pregomega and he tried Wellman and nothing happened. It was quite discouraging but we decided to try again this I'm on pregnacare conception and he is on Wellman again. I guess what I really want to know does pregnacare work and are there any ladies out there taking them please help 😔
