Hemorrhoids?

When I went to the bathroom I had a bowel movement and after I saw a string of bright red blood hanging out of my butt. Could this be a sign of Hemorrhoids?

Possibly, or anal fissures , but those are painful. Drink a lot more water and some fresh fruits and vegetables

It is indeed. I had bleeding after a bowel movement the other day (I’m 22 weeks pregnant) and ever since things have been feeling odd down there. Think it’s internal piles (also known as hemorrhoids), so I called my midwife to get permission to use cream and I’ve been using it since and I’ve not had anymore rectal bleeding but I can definitely tell something is still off down there, and it’s unlikely mine will go away until after birth because pregnancy commonly causes piles 😑 
Eat loads of fruit and veg, make sure you’re getting enough fibre and drink a tonne of water. Constipation can cause haemorrhoids and make them worse too. Xx

Yes. Doesn't have to be painful either. Could be an inside or outside one.
