I’m a week postpartum and ever since I’ve given birth my legs are stiff.. some days are better but others are like omfg why are my legs still stiff.. they told me to walk around at the hospital bc I use to just sit in the bed after I had my baby. Ive been home since Friday or Saturday and today my legs are stiff STILL. Picking them up to get them in the bed is a small struggle and getting out of the bed is to a small struggle.. I’m sitting on the couch and i literally just tried to pick my leg up to cross over the other and it was so heavy.. I’ve been walking around, trying to massage them bc they are sore as well.. I walk like I just gave birth all over again. Is this normal? They told me it was at the hospital but days have passed by and it’s still the same.. I did have an epidural btw
