Lower back pain/ hip pain in right side
I’ll be 23 weeks tmr & as of late have been experiencing some lower back pain, hip pain & some pelvic pain on my right side & have been having to use the restroom more frequently. Went to the doc a few days ago & no UTI. Has anybody else been experiencing this? What do you do to help the pain that worked for you? Help 😭
