Do you think drug dealers should be charged with murder when they sell drugs to someone and they overdose?

Imo I don’t think the drug dealer should be charged with murder because all he did was sell the product. Once the product was out his hands what that person decided to do with it was out of his control. It’s kind of like that old saying did he hold a gun to his head and make him overdose. I think that it is the buyers fault for overdosing because the buyer should know when enough is enough and when too much is too much. Now as far as a the drug dealer I think possession with attempt to sell or a big charge would be proper for this situation. A lot of people now a days use drugs as a-go-to for easy way out to commit suicide.

No, because a drug dealer didn’t force someone to buy from them. The person willingly bought the drugs knowing there is  always a potential for overdose. 
That’s like gaining weight from eating fast food all the time, but you aren’t being forced to buy it or make certain food choices.

I think I heard about this with Demi Lovato. Lol she snitched on her dealer after she overdosed and got him arrested. Meanwhile she went to rehab and back home 😂😂😂

B. If that particular person doesn’t sell to them then they’ll just find somewhere else.

No. The drugs killed the person not the dealer. Just like how chefs don't make us fat, food does. Bakers don't give us cavities, sugar does. Unless the drug dealer is physically forcing the drugs into your body then no, they have nothing to do with someone who ODs.
