Help please! Could this be a rash?

Is this a rash or something? It just appeared out of nowhere and it itches so much! I’m not allergic to anything that I know of

Bad case of the hives! If you have cortisone cream or a Benadryl cream try that for quick relief. If you have oral Benadryl that will work too but slower. In the mean time run or soak the area or a rag in cold water to help relieve the itch while the oral meds start working.

It looks like an allergic reaction to something. Take some Benadryl and if it’s only localized on a certain area I recommend Benadryl cream for itchiness relief.
