hello ladies. anyone take this weight loss medication? my dr recommended it for weight loss, but first he’s making sure I can lose the weight without the pill first. he’s giving me 3 months to lose 15lb. I just want to know if anyone has any tips for weight loss for beginners. I don’t want to take the med cus I read about the side effects but I’ve been struggling a lot weight lately. I’ve been gaining a lot of weight and I’ve put on almost 10lb in 5 months. My eating habits are the same, but I don’t work out :/ I’m 24yrs old 5’5 and 245lb.
