Luncheon with a 3month old?!

My LO's G-G-mom passed away and the funeral is tomorrow. We aren't going to the service but was asked if I'd like to come to luncheon. I'm not sure it's appropriate with a 3month old especially when members have been to the service and later touch/hold my baby. 
Am I being paranoid ?😒

When I was pregnant my husbands grandfathers headstone unveiling was happening. It was a year after his passing and I was 9months pregnant. 
Of course I didn’t go to the service but I did go to the lunch held at my MILs. 
Had baby been here I would have done the same. As per the Jewish tradition we keep a “washing cup” outside the house for ritual washing to shed anything from the gravesite. 
If you’re more concerned about germs and physical bad things that’s up to you. I just wouldn’t have anyone hold the baby or if you do make sure they wash their hands first.

Your baby is 3 months old so out of the time where you realy need to worry about getting sick. I would go and just not let people touch your baby or get too close.

I went to my nieces funeral a few weeks ago with Clara. We went to the viewing, burial, and the luncheon. I was worried about the same thing really but I just put her in the k'tan and we were good. We happened to get to the viewing almost right as it started and she was hungry so I did end up having to take her in the hall cause she was fussing after, but I could still see the service and hear it. Sorry for your loss and good luck with your decision.
