Restarting breastfeeding after 4 weeks
I stopped breastfeeding 4 weeks ago due to numerous reasons. The main one was lack of knowledge on the subject. I thought baby was upset at night due to lack of milk supply but it was colic!
I am starting to use an electric breast pump on each side for 10-15 mins every 2 hours until my supply is back and then I will pop baby on.
Any tips are appreciated x
I miss the breastfeeding bond so much!
