Am I reading too much into this?

So I had my period at the end of last month and it lasted 7 days, I was filling up pads and there were some clots. Now I’ve had this headache yesterday afternoon and I just was nauseous and threw up last night . My bf fingered me sorta (he said nothing was on his fingers) after I gave him a bj back in like August. Am I pregnant even though I had a period? I know I’m stressed because of my college classes but I’m scared it might be pregnancy signs Help.
