i need help.

i don’t understand why my body is so out of wack. i started birth control and i’m on my second pack and i have 3 days left before i start a new pack. but last month i got my period twice so i last ended on the 29 and now just yesterday i was bleeding again and now today it’s come full on ant it’s only been 11 days since!!! what is going on?
