One month after abortion and pregnancy test still positive

I had my procedure 9/11 I took a pregnancy test and it's still positive . At one point should I be worried . I have had one withdrawal bleed due to birth control . But I'm worried something is wrong. I had an ultrasound and they told me they didn't see anything ) about a week ago ) .
