144/83 then 124/73 ??blood pressure ??

Question

I did my pressure a few times at Walgreens because I’ve been feeling light headed and shortness of breath not sure what to go off of
Or if I should go to hospital I’m 37 weeks never had a high number before always been low .. preeclampsia??

124/73  is totally normal
Maybe the first reading wasn't correct or u were doing some activities before measuring it  like walking 
Also diastolic is 83...normal number and i believe if there is something wrong both systolic and diastolic will be high
I wouldn't worry if its just that time !

I had preeclampsia my first pregnancy so my second one they are making me keep a close eye on my blood pressure. They make me check it three times per day. My GYN and high risk doctor doesn’t want me to go over 130/85. If it goes over that they will put me on pregnancy safe blood pressure medication. They don’t determine if you have preeclampsia simply on blood pressure they collect your pee for a 24-48 hour period and see if the proteins are high in it. If eventually they officially diagnose you with preeclampsia, doesn’t mean they take the baby right out. They try to control the blood pressure as long as possible so the baby can develop properly.

I’ve had all of those symptoms had my 2 week checkup last week and it was at 149/80 and I’ve always had low numbers they sent me straight to labor and delivery and kept me for about 6 hours eventually it came down and ran some test no preeclampsia but they did want me to keep a eye on it with the headaches and high BP it’s the first signs of it I’m 36 weeks

I would call your doctor. To me that doesn’t seem that high but everyone is different.
