Help?! Constant nausea

Question

In need of some relief, I feel nauseous literally 24 hours a day.. I wake up in the morning and usually get sick, feel nauseous all day even when I get up in the middle of the night I feel sick. No foods or drinks are helping.. I’ve been taking gravol at night to help give me some relief but am not able to take it during the day as it makes me sleepy. 
Any suggestions or tips are welcome?!

I got put on meds. 2 pills at bedtime. 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon if needed but I’m trying to stick to just bed. Last night was the first night. I was calling out of work so I had to do something. I actually ate today. Still isn’t totally gone but I was able to function and was glad I could at least get some kind of nutrients into me.

Have the exact same issues maybe you doctor could subscribe you something like my doc did, didn't knock it all the way out but helps sometimes. Also salty items and ginger ale and Gatorade is a temporarily relief for a few minutes. I'm willing too take that because mine is consistent as well.

Going through a similar situation. The only thing that helped me today was lemonade. It really helped settle my nausea enough for me to eat a few saltines.

I don’t get out of bed until I have eaten something-Cheerios or crackers. I have pregie pop drops as needed. If anything at all sounds good I eat it but small amounts throughout the day. Pretty much only drink ice water and vernors. Slurpees are amazing when I get my hands on them. 
I was talking to my mom and she suggested switching to maternity pants even though it’s super early still. That was the best move I could make. I went from barely functioning because I was so nauseous all the time to being able to get stuff done. Just getting the pressure off my stomach made a night and day difference.
