When did you stop swaddling?

My little boy is about to be 4 months and getting out of his swaddle at night. Just curious on when you stopped swaddling and how the transition went?

Never swaddled her. She didn't stay swaddles in the hospital and she was a hot baby especially at night.

He never liked being swaddled. After 3 weeks we started swaddling him from the waist down. At 2 months he started unswaddling himself. Once he started rolling we stoped swaddling him and making sure he had warm sleepers. He didn’t struggle and is still sleeping well.

I switched to a Zipadee Zip sleep sack around 16-17 weeks bc he started to roll from back to belly. It was a little bit of a transition for him, but he’s all good now. The Zipadee Zip still limits his arms, but he still has the ability to roll freely as needed.

She’s almost 15 weeks and I stopped swaddling this week. It’s been pretty smooth so far... her legs keep her awake for a little lol

I voted 3 months or before only because my son is just shy of 3.5 months and we transitioned last night. Monday I switched him to the love to dream arms up swaddle. Wednesday (yesterday) I switched him to the zipadeezip for his last nap. He hasn’t shown any difference in how he falls asleep or stays asleep. I think the slow transition may have helped.

We stopped a few weeks before he turned four months because he kept trying to get his arms out of it and his legs. I knew it was time to ditch the swaddle.

Around 3 months. She is too strong to be swaddled. I do still wrap her, just not her arms anymore
