9 weeks, 2kg heavier & struggling to exercise
I was wondering if 2kg is an ok amount of weight to have gained so far. I feel so fat, I have been feeling so tired and hungry. I'm super queezy but the only thing that makes it stop is eating.
Granted I don't snack and I eat 90% of food made at home. I do eat fruit and such. My baby is making me crave tropical fruit and steak.
I honestly think it's because of my lack of exercise. I'm just so exhausted, the last thing I wanna do is smash out a sweaty one. I used to work out quite regularly, so I'm feeling like a frump. Now I only do about 30 mins of very light weight training, 3 times a week.
I guess I wanna ask you other mamas what you're doing, how you're gaining weight and if you feel blergh after going from fit to sedentary.
I can't wait for the second trimester so I can get that energy boost and hit the workouts better.
