Advice on loss

Hi ladies,

I had an early miscarriage around 3 years ago. Now this may seem like a long time ago but I’ve never dealt with the loss. I didn’t know I was pregnant until too late so I feel silly being so troubled by it however it’s coming to the point now where I can’t go an hour without thinking of what could have been. I’m seeing all of these young girls having babies that end up being raised by their grandparents because they’re not bothered and I can’t help but be so jealous and angry with the fact that they don’t appreciate the life that they created when some of us have lost the thing they want so badly in life. I was very young and had just broken up with my boyfriend at the time so he told me I was lying just to get back together with him. Dealing with this is so difficult as I’ve nobody to talk to about it.

I guess I just wanted you ladies experiences and how you dealt with such heartache. Any experience is welcome ....
