Am i awful?

We are at my in-laws. They only get to see my little man every other weekend. I'm not the biggest fan of my MIL, she drives me insane. Thinks she knows all and shit. LO is going through a leap, so he is clingy to momma, and he is a major mommas boy. So when he screams I am the only one who can calm him down.

Anyways, today has been a rough day. I've been tired, had a headache, and little man has been to fussy. So I was frustrated and happy to have a break. Now, I miss him. I want my baby cuddles. But I can't just go and take him bc they never get to see him. He was crying his "I want mommy cry" so my SO went to get him and she got mad. She said "I got him, he is fine". He told her I wanted him and she said "he is fine I got him." I don't care if you got him. He is my damn baby and if I want him I'll get him. He was screaming his face was so red. As soon as I got him he calmed down and went to sleep. She rolled her eyes and huffed.

I get it, she doesn't see him often, but when he is crying like that, give him to me. Don't use the whole, "I raised 2 kids" bullshit. I'm sure if they cried you wanted them back. And I told her, he has been extra clingy to me, so if he starts crying hard, bring him to me and I'll calm him down. She didn't. I was so mad. Then when I went to give him back she said "maybe he just doesn't like that sleeper" like no, he wanted his momma. Ugh. Tell me I'm not alone. Am I being a crazy bitch?
