Cervical check starting contractions?

I wasn’t stretched or swept but had Braxton Hicks all day. She wanted to check me since I had three sitting in the office. Only a 2, but since I’ve left I’ve had lots of semi painful, no patterns contractions. Could the check have started something or am I just reacting to the check?

This is my fourth baby and this is the first time I’ve ever had contractions after a check and the first time I’ve ever dilated before being induced I was in shock I’m only 1cm but since I’m being induced Wednesday and I’m going for a vbac being dilated even only at a 1cm gives me a higher success rate

In 2017 I went into labor after a normal check. I started having contractions after that app and got up at 3 am with timeable strong contractions that were 5 mins apart, and I had my daughter 8 hours later.
