Positive induction stories at 41 weeks?

So I'm still holding out hope that I won't have to be induced next Tuesday but the lack of contractions the past few days and 2 failed sweeps, I'm getting pretty discouraged. I'm trying to realistically wrap my head around a Cervadil induction next week. I'm 1 cm dilated. Can anyone share their positive experience? TIA!

I would definitely recommend the foley ballon, I’m being induced as I write this and it’s so much better than them having to insert the pill and disturb your cervix even more than it already is! good luck mama! 😊

I’ve also had 2 successful inductions. 
1 with no prior dilation- induced @ 35 weeks, had cervidil and pitocin, water broken by doctor. Baby born within 8 hours
1 going in @ 4CM dilated, full term, no cervidil needed- just pitocin, water broken by doctor. Labored slow from 8PM-2PM

Following ❤️ I’m 39 weeks and have been 1cm dilated for who knows how long, and no contractions. My dr won’t let me go past 41 weeks. It’s so weird to me because I had my first at 37 weeks!!
