ugh help

i’m on birth control, and i have protected sex. in the beginning we don’t use, but i never continue long until we do. he’s never done it inside me. but i was supposed to get my period a week ago and i haven’t. i am very stressed and think that could be why but i’m unsure. i did bleed but barely anything. helpppp
