I'm 6 weeks postpartum and still feel slightly uncomfortable down there. I had tearing and some stitches have come out but I think there are some more because I feel a little itchy and sore sometimes. But mostly I just don't feel clean down there. I shower and clean and have even recently trimmed but I feel foul. Doctor said everything looks good so why do I feel gross? I feel like I smell and like I'm having discharge but I don't have any. Is this normal?
