homeless and need help!

hello i’m writing this for a friend. she’s currently in a psyche unit after serving 14 days in jail for a charge she didn’t commit, but she accepted it because it was only 14 days.

well she’s currently homeless, how do you go about section 8 or free housing? it doesn’t even have to be free! it can be low income also. she brings home around 300 a week.

we live in ohio btw
