EWCM??? Help.

i posted in my ttc group but i thought it wouldn’t hurt to post here as well. i took an opk 9 hours ago and i got a negative result. i had watery cm and i just wanted to test because it was my first time using and i wanted to be a little more comfortable. well, i just went to the bathroom and found this.

could my cm change this quickly?? i’m confused. i’ve never really watched my cm due to the fact that when i conceived, i didn’t want to really plan. so we were trying but at the same time we weren’t. so 6 cycles in and no BFP, we wanted to be more prepared.
