Pill help ??

Only been on pill for under a month I had my period on time and I came off Monday decided to stop the pill Wednesday. Then yesterday I had serious period pains I took opk wasn't positive but looks like I'll get there soon I'm on day 9 of cycle.

Anyway had sex this morn and afterwards had blood. And still period pains will I bleed even though iv just had my period ??

This was my opk from yesterday I know it's not positive yet just thought I'd show. Can the pill affect opk results?
