Aches

I'm and 4 weeks 5days pregnant I had really hurrible pains at the weekend but they stopped after 2days I haven't had anything for a few days now until today I ache all over my pelvis and can't get comfy. I haven't had any spotting. This is my 4th baby and with my last pregnancy I suffered with spd and was on crutches could this be a sign off this again. I have doctors tomorrow. I feel like I need a wee all the time too.?
