WTH Wrong with me!!!

Now I think I'm going into menopause my cycles have always been on time n now lately they are not anymore my last cycle was 9/1 just took a pregnancy test n it's negative today is day 41 n still no cycle like wtf can be wrong with me 🤦😠 can't go to Dr until insurance kicks in November 1 😫 my cycles are normally between 23-26 days 😤
