Am I going mad!!!!

So long story short me and my partner decided to try for a baby half way through my pill. I stopped it on the 21st September had a withdrawal bleed a few days after then the last couple of days my boobs have been so saw it’s like a cheese grater in my bra! So today I done a feat first one came up positive nearly straight away clear blue then seemed negative so I went to work however just got in and re looked at it and it’s positive am I going mad??? Help please
