Help possible line eyes

I started birth control after me and my ex split up in July. I hve been on my birth control for probily two months almost three this months cycle. Has been acting very werid I had some. Severe cramping which felt like a an ovarian cyst around the time I was susposed to be ovulating thought nothing of it a bout 4/5 days later I started bleeding my cycle was 10 days away and I had just had a cycle. 12 days befor. I hav even bleeding for about 4/5 days now and decided might be best to take a pregancey test so this morning I woke up took a test and the line I see showed up probily at about 5 mins. It’s faint super faint so I am highly confused what’s yalls opinion I am a single mom to an almost three year old high needs a little boy
