Can a opk become negative quickly

Got my first positive opk yesterday 10/10 it was blazing and took another one last night and it was the same , took one about 10 mins ago and its negative i added a pic below , i had really bad cramping this morning on one side could this mean i ovulated this morning and i released the egg

Need some advice, 4 months ttc and this month was my first positive opk
